4. Shipping Policy

We aim to get your Nura supplements to you as quickly and reliably as possible.


4.1  Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


4.2  Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping (Free): 7-14 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


4.3  International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


4.4  Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.


4.5  Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@nura.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For orders confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement shipment or full refund.


4.6  Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Nura is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We can only amend addresses before the order is dispatched.
